This red and white houndstooth coat is a show stopper. I knew I wanted to shoot it as soon as I saw it on the rack at The Op Shop Roc. It has the most elegant buttons down the middle and is the perfect shade of red. We decided to pair the coat with the Die Luan Hua white patent leather oxfords with the distinct wooden heel and unique gold ring. We finished the look with a red leather belt to give the coat more shape. I have to tell you this coat looks beautiful unbuttoned and opened but for the purposes of this shoot we thought it would be fun for the coat to be buttoned complimented by a belt in a true dress fashion. I truly felt like a New York socialite in this look. Paired with some heels you would be unstoppable.
