This is the third look Olivia and I created in collaboration with The Op Shop. This look makes made me feel like a Prairie girl especially in this beautiful, expansive field of browns and greens.
In the pictures this set (Yes, it's a set. More about that in a moment) is a muted calming purple color. Where as in actuality it's this captivating turquoise blue color. For the purposes of this shoot Olivia worked her color magic and matched the color tones of the dress to that of the landscape giving it a very vintage, old cinema feel. Back to what I said about the fact that this is a set that creates the look and feel of a dress. The wonderful thing about sets is you can wear them separately or together. This two piece is Calico from the 90s and from vintage seller L Tracks. The skirt has a wonderful high waist, a perfect midi length, and playful stripes. The top has fun high neck top with flirty ruffle detail. We finished the look with the staple lace up victorian inspired boots by Vinspiration that you will see a bit more of and may remember from the first look.
